In Carillon’s robust Sales Order Entry window, you can send someone a quote or order acknowledgement in a matter of seconds. Using our ERP/Accounting system’s simple user interface, simply choose File, Send and a popup box will allow you to send the newly created document to the ordering contact, ship to contact or bill to contact.
Our mail functionality is not limited to just the Sales Order Entry window. Carillon clients can also email purchase orders to vendors, past due notices to customers and send quotes to sales representatives.
Through Carillon’s ERP software, you can also fax a document to a recipient. Our faxing capability requires GFI FaxMaker for Microsoft Exchange.
