Carillon ERP 'Stuck' Offer

Are you stuck in a multi-year software contract for an ERP system that isn't meeting your needs?

At Carillon, we also don't sell your agreement to a bank. If you're unhappy, we want you to be working with us to get the issue(s) resolved, not having to deal with some bank trying to convince them you were misled!

Can I get out of my agreement?

Go to Google and search for 'How do I get out of my ERP agreement with (name of your ERP provider)'. You're going to find that the conventional wisdom is that you cannot. We are not lawyers, and we don't practice law. But fighting legal battles with some of the largest IT providers in the world can be difficult and expensive.

There is an alternative!

We have an alternative to you having to continue to use a system that isn't meeting your needs and actually hurting your business' ability to operate efficiently. If the above paragraphs describe your situation and you cannot get out of your current agreement, it is likely we will waive the license fee for Carillon ERP for the remainder of your agreement that you have with the crappy system they coerced you into buying (up to 48 months of waived license fees). We will meet with you at your place of business and demo the Carillon ERP system at no cost to you. If we agree that Carillon ERP will meet your needs, we will likely waive the license fee for the remainder of your agreement that you have with the unethical competitor. If you find Carillon ERP doesn't meet your needs during this waiver period, you can stop using it and never pay us a nickel in license fees. Once your 'crappy' agreement is done, you can acquire either a SAAS license or a perpetual use license for the Carillon ERP system, but there is no obligation if you want to discontinue using the Carillon ERP system at that point. Please also note that we will 'waive' the license fee. We are not just postponing it.

What's the catch?

We will waive the license fee but, unfortunately, we cannot give away free services for things like support, training, data conversion, hosting, and enhancements (if any). It's very possible that with a $999 one-year subscription to Carillon ERP University you may not need much in the way of services, but we'll help you figure that out during the free onsite no obligation demo discussed above. As far as hosting goes, Carillon works with Microsoft Azure in the public cloud (which you can get direct from Microsoft, if you choose, although we will be happy to assist you) or with an on-premises private cloud using an inexpensive server. You control 100% of this cost and you don't have to get it through Carillon.
